    Lisa is a fitness coach, rehabilitation specialist, and movement mentor devoted to helping women feel strong, connected, and at home in their bodies.

    With over 20 years of experience in New York City and a Master’s in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, her work blends science, somatics, and embodied movement into a practice that is both intelligent and deeply intuitive.

    She integrates strength, mobility, and feminine energy to help women move in a way that feels natural, empowering, and sustainable.

    Through her programs and mentorship, Lisa has guided women around the world to build strength, release tension, and reconnect to their vitality.
