    Lisa Chaves is a movement facilitator, mentor, and educator devoted to the healing and transformative power of embodied movement.

    With over 20 years of experience as a fitness trainer and rehabilitation specialist in New York City, and a Master’s in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, Lisa brings together science, somatics, and soulful practice to help women reconnect to their bodies and vitality.

    Her work blends feminine energy, functional movement, and somatic awareness to create a deeply intuitive and empowering experience.

    Through her MOVE Mentorship and embodied movement programs, Lisa guides women worldwide to cultivate longevity, joy, empowerment, and authentic strength.
