    Hi! I’m Lisa

a movement facilitator, mentor, and educator devoted to the healing and transformative power of embodied movement.

For twenty years, I worked in New York City as a fitness trainer and rehabilitation specialist, grounding my work in a master’s degree in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation and learning from some of the world’s leading health and movement coaches. Many of my elite clients trained with me for two straight decades, giving me a rare perspective on how physical practice needs to evolve with the stages of life. Through this, I uncovered what is truly essential for longevity and quality of life.

In my early to mid-40s, my own practice began to shift. Exercise sessions melted into flowy, primal dances—each day unique, each day authentic. That’s when I began to truly understood the power of movement. The feminine in me began to lead, and all my years of teaching and learning dissolved into something deeper—freer, more intuitive, and profoundly alive.

Today, my work is rooted in feminine embodied movement—a compassionate, intuitive, and flowing approach to physical training that honors presence over performance and integration over exertion. I guide women to reconnect with their bodies, awaken their feminine essence, and rediscover strength and vitality through mindful movement and embodied awareness.

This philosophy inspired me to create the MOVE Mentorship Program for Women, a global initiative that helps women reclaim their authentic power and feminine flow, as well as the MOVE Courses, which weave mindful movement, home fitness, and somatic awareness into daily life.

I believe movement is more than fitness—it is a path to resilience, self-discovery, and freedom.

My mission is to empower women worldwide to cultivate longevity, joy, and presence, and to embody their truest, most vibrant selves.

    What is the full program?

The Mentorship Program runs from September 15, 2025 - June 15, 2026 with 2 weekly live classes.  There will be a 2 week holiday over Christmas and New Years and all American holidays will be honored with no classes.  Commit to the full program to save big.  Pay monthly.

If I enroll today, when will classes start for me?

Classes will begin on the 15th of the month following your enrollment date.  That is, if you enroll anytime after the 16th of the month, you will join us on the 15th of the following month.

What do I need to participate in the classes?

All you need is a little space in your home, outdoors, or anywhere that allows you to safely move around. Make sure your area is clear of any obstacles, have some good Wi-Fi, and you’re set. A bottle of water is always a good idea to stay hydrated, and come ready to move, explore, and have fun!

What if I’m not moving that much these days?

No problem! This mentorship program is designed for all levels, whether you’re just starting or looking to deepen your practice. Our supportive community will help you feel comfortable and empowered to move at your own pace.

What if I’m not that fit right now?

Fitness is a journey, not a destination. This program focuses on embracing your body as it is, promoting gentle movement that enhances strength and mobility. You’ll find encouragement every step of the way.

What should I wear for classes?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.   Whether it’s yoga pants, shorts, or a bodysuit, just make sure you feel comfortable and nothing is really hanging off to you as we move around.  And no shoes are required.

Can I participate if I have injuries or limitations?

Yes! We encourage you to listen to your body and modify movements as needed. It’s essential to communicate any concerns, and our community is here to support you in finding what works best for you.

How do I access the class replays?

Once you sign up, you’ll receive the link to all replays through our WhatsApp community.  Also, be sure to approve emails from info@lisachaves.com to make sure you don’t miss any important information.
