    Personalized Movement Mentorship for Women

Build strength, restore mobility, and learn how to care for your body through personalized guidance, live movement classes, and a supportive community.

Why a Mentorship?

Real transformation doesn’t happen in a few classes.

It happens when you have expert guidance, a clear path to follow, and someone who understands what your body needs.

MOVE Mentorship isn’t a collection of classes.

It’s a personalized journey that helps you build strength, improve mobility, reduce pain, and create movement habits that support you for life.

Your journey begins with a dedicated three-month experience designed around you.

Why begin with 3 Months?

Because meaningful change takes time.

You can’t undo years of stiffness, disconnected movement, or neglect in a few weeks.

That’s why every MOVE Mentorship begins with a three-month journey.

Together we’ll build the foundation for lasting strength, confidence, and freedom in your body.

Meet Your Guide

Hi! I'm Lisa

For over twenty years, I worked in New York City as a fitness trainer and rehabilitation specialist, helping clients build strength, overcome injuries, and develop sustainable movement practices.

With a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, my work was grounded in movement science, anatomy, and long-term physical well-being.

Over time, I realized that lasting health isn’t created through exercise alone. It comes from learning how to move well every day.

What began as 'training' evolved into a deeper exploration of mobility, self-expression, awareness, and embodiment.

Today, I guide women through a unique approach that blends strength training, mobility, somatic awareness, primal movement, and intuitive movement practices.

What continues to inspire me most is witnessing women reconnect with themselves, support one another, and discover that movement can become a lifelong source of strength, freedom, and joy.
